1 The Organiser
The trade https://events.au.dk/openday2019 is the responsibility of:

hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"
Trading on https://events.au.dk/openday2019 may only take place if the user declares that he agrees with the terms and conditions applying to trading with the Arranger. To trade with the Arranger, the user must be 18 years old or more.
3 Order and payment
When we have received your order and payment, you will immediately receive an order copy by email which shows which Event and possible options you have been offered and at what price. We recommend you to print out and save your message, which is your request for an offer. If there are still vacant places for the required Event with the desired options, you will receive and order confirmation per email, which will show your offer has been accepted. The arranger can only deliver as long as there is a vacant place for the Event and any non-sold-out options. Therefore note that a final purchase agreement has not been entered until you have received the order agreement from the Arranger. Payment can be made by Dankort, VISA, VISA/Electron, JCB, Eurocard and MasterCard depending on the Arranger's agreement with the card companies or with EAN or via bank transfer. The Arranger will not take payment until the order confirmation has been sent. When paying by card, a fee will be added to your order which corresponds to the Arranger's NETS' costs for handling payments.
You will receive the invoice from the organiser by email or post.
5 Cancel/Right of Cancellation
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from the event organizer. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the event/s and/or additional purchases, you can submit overall cancellation at the latest by 14 days after the receipt of the order confirmation providing the event's first holding day is more than 14 days in the future. Orders cannot be cancelled or reversed less than 14 days prior to the holding of the event. If you have registered in your quality as a business operator or on behalf of a business person, the right of cancellation or reversal does not apply. When cancelling you must contact the Arranger via email and request confirmation of your cancellation. Cancellation/reversal shall be considered as having been received on time once the Arranger has confirmed your cancellation in writing. Moreover, you must attach your bank account number (remember the registration number) so we can refund any payment you may have made.
All refunds will be issued via bank transfers
In some cases Conference Manager A/S receives payments on behalf of the Organiser.
Conference Manager A/S is solely acting as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction and does not assume any liability for providing the agreed service in connection with the receipt of the payment.
The Organiser is fully liable for the provision of the ordered service and any claim due to breach or any other legal action in connection with the enforcement of the agreement with the Organiser is to be raised directly against the Organiser.
In addition to the above, Conference Manager A/S is only in charge of providing server capacity in connection with the presentation of the Organisers events and registration forms. Only the Organiser updates the sale information and sells and provides its service. All requests for information and inquires about the Organisers products, services, non-provision of services etc are to be made to the Organiser.
By using the Conference Manager™ system on events.au.dk both the Organiser and the user understand that Conference Manager A/S has no part in the agreement between the Organiser and the user. The Organiser acquires no interest and takes on no obligations pursuant to the agreement.
8 Security when purchasing
It is completely secure to make purchases from events.au.dk.
Conference Manager™'s servers use an advanced encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer) that transmits your credit card information directly to the payment gateway. It means that only the payment processor's computers are able to read your credit card information. Conference Manager™ never stores or keeps the credit card information. Payments by credit card are made in compliance with the Danish online payment rules and regulations. If a third party misuses your credit card, you will not be liable for such misuse unless you have violated the rules applying to the use of the credit card.
