We have collected the most frequently asked questions about ICM2021 below. We hope you will find it useful.
Q1: What are the guidelines for my oral or poster presentation?
A1: We have published the oral and poster presentation guidelines on the page Guidelines. Generally, oral presenations have 10 minutes for presenting and 5 minutes for Q&A, while poster presenters have 5 min. for presenting and 5-10 minutes for Q&A.
Q2: How will I know when to present and what to do on Zoom?
A2: You will receive an email with the time for your presentation. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive mails. When you log in to Oxford Abstracts, please make sure to use the same mail for which you registered. Also, make sure to select your local time zone at the top of the menu in the programme.

Q3: What if I have technical issues during the conference?
A3: There will be a technical assistant from the Danish Center for Mindfulness for all sessions to help presenters and participants. If you have an urgent question, we will monitor the conference email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q4: I paid my registration fee, so what does that give me?
A4: When we see that you registered for the full conference or specific days, we will give you access to all Zoom links to workshops, keynotes, practice sessions and of course research presentations. For people who are not registered (paid), they can only see the programme but without the Zoom links and without the abstracts attached to each symposium session.
Q5: When will the Zoom links be available?
A5: Zoom links will be uploade a week before the conference, meaning Monday June 28.
Q6: What if I have been accepted as a "kindness" participant?
A6: If you have been accepted as a kindness participant, you will get the same full access of the conference programme and all sessions and workshops. You will receive an email with a link. Make sure to log in to Oxford Abstract using the same email as you used for your registration. Please note that we will share stories of your kind acts during the conference - such as in between sessions, on social media etc.
Q7: When will I get access to the recorded sessions (including my own presentation)?
A7: Recordings of all sessions (including keynotes, workshops, panels) will be sent to all participants a couple of weeks after the conference.
Q8: Will there be a book of abstracts?
A8: Yes, as a participant, you will receive a book of abstracts after the conference. Please note that when you log in to Oxford Abstracts, you will have access to all abstracts - which you will find and be able to download under each symposium.
Q9: Are there any hashtags or handles I should use if I want to share my participation on social media before and during ICM2021
A9: Yes. We would be delighted if you shared your participation on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and other SoMe platforms. Please use the hashtag #icm2021 and tag the Danish Center for Mindfulness: @mindfulness_au
Q10: What is the difference between the public and the full program?
A10: The public program is available already now at app.oxfordabstracts.com/icm2021/. This is visible to everyone. The full program, including links to full abstracts and Zoom links to presentations, will be available to you once you register and pay for the conference. You will receive an email invitation from Oxford Abstracts with a link to log in (or create a login) and access the full program. If you already paid, the invitation from Oxford Abstract is on its way.
Q11: I'm unable to see the Zoom links and full abstracts for the oral presentations (I can only see the titles and speakers). Please could you clarify what I'm doing wrong?
A11: You're viewing the public program at app.oxfordabstracts.com/icm2021/. This is visible to everyone and only shows abstract titles and speakers. The full program, app.oxfordabstracts.com/icm2021/s/, including links to full abstracts and Zoom links to presentations, will be available to you once you register and pay for the conference. You will receive an email invitation from Oxford Abstracts with a link to log in (or create a login) and access the full program. If you submitted an abstract, you have to use the email address with which you registered and submitted your abstract. If you're attending the conference without presenting, use the mail address with which you registered and paid. If you already paid, the invitation from Oxford Abstract is on its way. Remember to check your spam filter. If the email does not turn up, try logging in on app.oxfordabstracts.com/icm2021/s/ with your mail address and a password of your choosing. If this fails, get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Q12: I would like to download the program as a PDF. How do I do that?
A12: Unfortunately, only conference organizers can download the program directly out of Oxford Abstracts. However, we have uploaded a downloadable PDF version of the program (without abstracts) under Information (in the menu to the left). The current PDF version is from June 10, 2021 and is not final. There may be changes to the program as we approach the conference days. To see the fully updated program, go to the online version.
Q13: How do I see the program? I haven't received an email from Oxford Abstracts.
A13: Please check your spam filter. The email with the invitation to the full access program is sent out from Oxford Abstracts (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you haven't received it, try logging in with your email address (the one you used when you paid or submitted an abstract) and a password of your choosing on app.oxfordabstracts.com/icm2021/s/. If this does not work, get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Q14: I am not in the CEST time zone. How do I know when the sessions will take place in my time zone?
A14: When viewing the program in Oxford Abstracts, you have the option to change the schedule to your local time zone. In the menu bar at the top of the page, select "TIME ZONE" (the dropdown menu to the far right) and choose "Local time zone". This will display all sessions in your local time.
Q15: When I try to log in, I get the error "Access denied". What do I do?
A15: When you pay for ICM2021, or if you are accepted as a kindness participant, you can view the full access program. However, Oxford Abstracts might show the error below. Why? You might be using the wrong email address. If you are presenting, you submitted an abstract. You might have used one email address for submitting an abstract and another for registering and paying. Try the one you used when submitting your abstract or other potential mail addresses. If you still get the error message, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q16: Where do I find the Zoom links?
A16: You click the session you wish to attend, and then you click the button "Session presentation". You have to be logged in to see the full access program (including Zoom links). Check out question 11 for more information on this.
