Getting Started in Denmark

Aarhus University hereby has the pleasure of inviting you to participate in our Getting Started in Denmark orientation and registration event for newly arrived PhD students and researchers.


The event provides you with important on-arrival information and helps you to get registered with the public authorities for your EU residence certificate, CPR number and tax card at the International Citizen Service (ICS) in Aarhus.


- You must register before 12 midnight on the Wednesday before the event, and spots are limited, so please register as soon as possible 

- Please make sure to de-register if you are unable to attend the event, as there may be people on a waiting list.

09:00 - ?                Registration at the public authorities* and individual questions


* The registration part will usually take 1-4 hours depending on the waiting time at the ICS.
