The Business Model Canvas workshop provides PhDs and Postdocs with an opportunity to learn what a Business Model is. In addition, we will cover how a research group can design a start-up company to commercialise an invention from their research.

By using nine simple components, you can design a business model that can be used for many different purposes; identifying users/costumers, key resources and partners.

The business model could also be used to look more into the details of your research, thus looking deeper into the different aspects of the research.
